Located in the largest community of women-owned small businesses, our vibrant 1 bed/1 bath, pet-friendly residences are designed to host everything from short-term getaways to extended stays. Each suite features a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated work space, in-unit washer and dryer, and private balcony; optional add-on packages for wellness, business, and events are also available. With seamless self-check-in, 24/7 access, and no physical front desk, our suites offer the ultimate in privacy, flexibility, and freedom. Whether you’re arriving late or craving a frictionless stay, Maven STAY gives you the comfort of a boutique hotel with the ease of tech-powered hospitality—elevated, efficient, and completely on your terms.
Maven STAY is located at 156 East 900 South Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. You’ll find all suites on the second floor of the building.
Free street parking is available on 900 South, 200 East, or Edison Street. Please be aware that posted signage for parking limits and towing will apply.
We do not accept early check-ins, but if you’re interested in using our coworking space to pass the time, click here!
You will receive communication from us prior to check-in that includes your unique code to access the building via keypad.
All Maven STAY suites are located on level two of the building. You can reach the second level from the main entrance by using the elevator.

Ah-Mazing abs are made in the kitchen and built on the mat. This class will help you find your deepest core and then exhaust it. We throw in a few cardio bursts to toughen the game so you’ll feel wiped, but energized and ready to play hard (or sleep hard). Hands down one of our hardest classes, but always scalable, so no excuses!
Get the ultimate Pilates workout served with a side of extra sweaty goodness. We mix moves on (and off) the Reformer. Be ready for HIIT, TRX, plyometrics, and more, performed in heart-pounding sequences. Strengthen, lengthen, and tone lean muscles while also workin’ that cardio intensity in one of our most loved classes.
Oh my quad! Mavens, if you want to work your booty, abs, arms, and legs, while feeling like you do have moves like Jagger, get your peach this way. You’ll get barre time, mat time, and plenty of props to keep things fresh while your entire body shakes to the beat (okay, it’s mostly from exhaustion). Bare feet or sticky socks.
Bring your sneakers and burn calories like a pyromaniac with circuit work that uses a bike as one of its many props (don’t be surprised by TRX, weighted balls, BOSU or other fun toys either!). We promise to make your eyeballs sweat while we hit that beat, raise your heart rate, build endurance, and maximize your post-workout metabolic rate.
We don’t sweat, we sparkle. Hop onto the mat for a dynamic sculpt flow that will elevate your heart rate while tightening, sculpting, and lengthening those major muscle groups. We throw in weights and a few cardio bursts to toughen the game. Namaslay all day, bitches.
