Gianni is our Chief Operations Officer, overseeing everything that keeps Maven’s spaces running seamlessly. From maintenance and vendor coordination to billing and systems management, he’s the engine behind our operational excellence--turning moving parts into a smooth, reliable rhythm.
Grounded, thoughtful, and relentlessly capable, Gianni brings a craftsman’s precision to every process. He’s the kind of leader who sees both the fine details and the big picture and knows exactly how to bridge them.
Outside of Maven, you’ll find him tinkering with motorcycles, perfecting espresso, or recharging in the quiet of the mountains, always building something with heart and intention.

Heather is our Digital Marketing Manager, which means she runs our brands on social, stewards our podcast, creates our advertising, and a whole lot more. Equal parts strategist and storyteller, she ensures we’re always bringing the online vibe.
What makes Heather the sweetest cupcake of our clan is her presence. She listens deeply and makes you feel like you’re the only person in the room then turns that care into content that moves people and our mission. When she softly giggles and gives you that side smile, you’ll want to move mountains for her, too.

Jess is our Sales Manager, go-to guide, and resident hype woman. She’s responsible for listings, lead flow, leases, and more—helping you find exactly where you fit at Maven and ensuring it feels like you.
She bravely moved solo from Portland to SLC, volunteered her way into our hearts, and won us over with unstoppable enthusiasm, quirky conversation, and one-of-a-kind charm.
When she’s off-duty, you’ll catch her snapping photos on her Canon F1 Film camera or floating in a pool with a cocktail.

Sidney is our Marketing Manager, blending strategy with real-world connection. She leads campaigns across events, partnerships, the podcast, newsletter, and website—then brings it to life on the ground so Maven always feels like your favorite place to be.
She has an uncanny knack for remembering your name after one hello and will likely check in with an oat-milk latte or bubbly water in hand.
