We’ll meet at the trailhead for a brief stretch and introductions, then begin the hike in silence, each moving at your own pace with an intention and a spirit of deep listening. At the top, we’ll gather to watch the sunrise and share a guided meditation together.

On the way down, you’re welcome to remain in quiet reflection or connect with others along the trail—this is your morning to receive exactly what you need before the day begins.
