PILATES INSTRUCTOR
The Maven Pilates Instructor contributes to Maven STRONG’s growth by expertly and energetically leading clients through unrivaled fitness classes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive and inspirational coaching and instruction to ensure clients achieve their desired health and fitness results based on our Pilates foundation for movement across three pillars: SWEAT, STRENGTH & SOUL
• Cultivate a safe, challenging, fun, and nurturing environment
• Provide verbal and tactical in the moment feedback
• Connect with clients on a deeper level than just the physical space
• Listen to, constantly check in with, and empower our clients
• Develop and maintain a loyal engaging client base
• Light up our space with your unique sparkle and energy
• Cultivate positivity throughout the studio (even on those rough days)
• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner
• Show compassion and empathy for all employees, clients, partners, vendors, and whoever else you come in contact with on behalf of Company
• Ensure all injuries and incidents have received proper follow up
• Promote and sell Memberships, Special Events & Workshops, merchandise retail, and other studio offerings
• Maintain Regular Presence on Company Group Class Schedule
• Teach Group Class(es) Including at Least One (1) Weekend Day Per Month
• Dedicate Time to Recruiting Clients as Private Clients
• Responsibly Take the Initiative to Cover Group Classes and Appointments if Subbing is Required
• Actively Invite People to Continuously Participate in our Community
• Participate in one (1) SWEAT, STRENGTH & SOUL Group Class Every Week
• Actively Engage in Community Events
SPARKLER

• Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Maven clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner
• Show compassion and empathy for all other Mavens, clients, partners, vendors, and whoever else you come in contact with on behalf of Maven
• Ensure all incidents have received proper follow up
• Promote and sell Memberships, Special Events & Workshops, merchandise retail, and other offerings
• Go above and beyond your responsibilities to assist other Mavens wherever needed to ensure a cohesive luxury experience for every client every time
• Stay up to date on communications regarding scheduling, events, workshops, etc.
