Recovering from a recent injury, surgery or pregnancy? Go here first before jumping into regular classes. We understand how frustrating it can be when you are in pain and not doing the things you love. We think one on one is your best bet for getting your strength back as quick as possible. After answering a short health history and schedule preferences via phone or email, we will pair you with the instructor who we think will work for you. If you are still working with a PT or other health care professional, we may want to talk to them about your progress as well before we begin. We help bridge the gap between injury and getting back to your normal level of fitness and activity. The foundation in our studio and in our rehab programs is learning to use your body with the proper biomechanics to find your stability, power and protecting you from injury.
We can work with all ages and abilities from kids to athletes, to grandmas. We start from where you are and build from there. We get it, being injured sucks. Come rebuild and find your strong with us.
For us, it’s about the real life stories of our clients that keep us coming back for more every. single. day.
My husband and I appreciate having instructors that really know what they’re doing and keep a vigilant eye on your form, etc.
The instructors we’ve had are thorough and professional. I can’t tell you how many places I’ve been to where they studio claims to offer Pilates, but the instructors are just glorified aerobics teachers who’ve taken some weekend Pilates course and then think they know what they’re doing. As someone who is in her mid-fifties, I can’t sustain the injuries I used to when I was young. My husband and I appreciate having instructors that really know what they’re doing and keep a vigilant eye on your form, etc. I do hope that the studio does remain true to keeping Pilates the priority and spinning/etc. just an added plus.
