Tessa Arneson is an entrepreneur, angel investor, and designer who leads with heart. As the co-founder of Maven, she has transformed a small Pilates studio into a thriving ecosystem of 100+ women-owned businesses, redefining what it means to build with purpose. A big dreamer and community builder, Tessa believes success is about alignment, growth, and impact. She brings a people-first perspective, helping listeners lean into their evolving passion. Beyond Maven, she’s a girl mom, wellness enthusiast, and world traveler, always seeking inspiration through art. Tessa is committed to lifelong learning and using her platform to create spaces where women can lead brave and intentional lives.
Rocky Donati is an entrepreneur, strategist, and creative problem-solver who built multi-million dollar brands in San Francisco before burnout led her to Utah—where she co-founded Maven, challenging women to step into their power and lead with unwavering authenticity. After decades in male-dominated industries, she proves that logic and intuition aren’t mutually exclusive, blending big-picture thinking with a strong sense of self. When she’s not shaping the future, Rocky fully embraces her inner hermit, escaping to the wilderness with her partner in crime and two Aussie pups, allowing nature to recharge her. Always seeking clarity and questioning the status quo, she’s carving her own path and inviting others to do the same.
