Tessa has been dreaming about building our Maven community since she got up the guts to leave the corporate world a handful of years ago. She’s obsessed with collecting adventures with her babe, learning every day, loving hard and doing scary things.
Mission: teach you something about your body you can apply outside of the studio in every single class.
Expect: passion and intensity because she’s the boss.
Signature class: anything + sweat, but loves a good mobility and balance class.

Frederika, a former ballerina, has more certifications than we can count. She’s been in the business of making her people stronger, longer than anyone on our staff. Her specialties include aging with power, rehab and training kiddo athletes.
Mission: slow you down and make you connect the dots.
Expect: mindful movement and making sure you are safe so you can push your boundaries.
Signature class: Pilates + Core.
Teaches: Pilates, Barre, TRX and private training. Fully Stott certified.
Jen has been with our studio since the very beginning, so you can be sure she loves what she does. You can find her planning and scheming up different workouts at all hours of the day. The studio is her haven away from her wild banshee boys she’s constantly chasing.
Mission: to give you something different for every single class.
Expect: upbeat interesting moves to leave you thanking her the next day.

Heather is a professional when it comes to making you feel comfortable in your own body. She’s been around the block a number of times with her own body challenges and injuries, so she’s sure to know how to modify for anyone that walks into her classes. When she’s not teaching, she’s chasing three munchkins from the soccer fields to the mountains.
Mission: keeping you uninjured while you burn.
Expect: upbeat pace with a killer knowledge base of millions of moves.
Signature class: TRX or Reformer + Springwall.

Allison is our Queen of Technical. As a modern dancer and long time instructor, she will give you minor adjustments that will change your world.
Mission: getting you to understand the fundamentals.
Expect: be prepared to be challenged.

Corb, otherwise known as Big Daddy Brown, is our studio NP hunk who also has a horse named Tina Sparkle. When he’s not riding Tina at the studio, he’s finishing his MBA, being a professor, welding, and looking for his soul mate.
Mission: reminding you not to take life to seriously.
Expect: sweating your face off while enjoying a light comedy routine choreographed to stellar tunes.
Signature class: Velo + Beats.
Janelle is our chief of strategy and many of the brains behind the why of our operation. Our longest running Maven brings in big ideas often from her adventures with her littles (who aren’t very little anymore) and her husband who is a die hard private client when they aren’t globe trotting.
Mary is our Jill of all Trades. She knows a lot about a lot and will make you feel like you are dishing to your best friend the first time you meet her. She’s got a passion for world travel when she’s not teaching you how to Find Your Strong.
Mission: to give you an Ah Ha moment every time you work out with her.
Expect: bubbly fun classes that leave you challenged and knowing something new.

Liisa is a stickler for details. You will get attention to the finer tuned adjustments in her classes. She loves building to more advanced moves, so be ready. When she’s not teaching you, she’s enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and rugrats.

Expect: progressions and building on every week for max results.

Maddy is our Princess of Sculpt and lover of animals. She’s hungry for knowledge, so she’s always learning something new whether it’s in the classroom or new moves for her own students.
Mission: to keep you guessing what’s next every single class.
Expect: to learn some new variations on some “tried and true” classics.
Signature class: Barre + TRX and Pilates + Heat.
Teaches: Pilates, Barre, TRX. Stott trained.
Melissa is the Queen of the Mat whether it’s pilates or yoga. She’s always stretching your limits and is full of sass, but really quite a softy, especially when it comes to her kiddos.
Mission: to have some of her passion for fitness and movement rub off on you.
Expect: fun but diligent classes packed with foundational movements and a little bit of sweat.
Signature class: Yoga + Heat.
Teaches: Pilates, Yoga, Barre. Stott trained.
Josa keeps all our heads on straight when we like to run a million different directions. She dots the i’s and crosses the t’s as our studio manager. She may be little, but she is fierce! She’s tackling pilates training like a boss and you’ll see her on the schedule soon.
Karey is our living miracle and we are stoked to have her as a returning alum. 2017 dealt her some rough cards with a colon cancer diagnosis that would have sent anyone running for the hills. Not Karey, she charged forward with a brave smile, moved her body in a pilates or yoga class whenever she could and has inspired the whole damn city. When she’s not battling cancer, you can find her traveling the world and in the design field helping create rad spaces.
Mission: To help you accept you, just as you are, right at this moment.
Expect: To be inspired and leave feeling braver.

Rocky has a quirky sense of humor, laughs loudly, and talks supersonic fast. She is a marketeer by day and a fitness fanatic by–err–also day. When she’s not brainstorming in a conference room or sweating in a studio, she makes it hard to find her. From soaking up desolate wilderness with a fly rod to jetsetting with the sole intention of getting lost, Rocky loves to constantly be on the move and lives for a new adventure. That passion for continual movement is why Pilates captured and retained her attention many years ago.
Mission: Push through the perceived limitations of your body and redefine your capabilities by strengthening from the inside out
Expect: Good energy coupled with movements that are fluid, challenging, and restorative
