We don’t sweat, we sparkle. Heat makes everything better and harder. Mission: add humidity and heat to amp up the level of intensity and detoxification of your workout. Expect: be ok with getting really hot and sweaty in these flow classes. Minimal transitions and breaks will leave you wiped, but energized.
