For the anti-aging/ supplemental athlete/ vanity person. basically everyone needs abs to function class. Mission: find it, and know how to use it (your core damn it) your advantage. Expect: every move will come back to the core. Think of us tomorrow when you laugh or put on a tight shirt.

We just tricked you into cardio with interval training! Mission: utilizing HITT circuit style training, keep your body burning longer. Expect: 15-20 minutes of circuit training through class, raising your heart rate multiple times during class, but remember intervals are short, so suck it up!
